Our new house:
After our house was on the market for nine days we had sixteen showings and received two offers. I will still post pictures on our blog of all the updates and painting we did. We placed three different offers on homes in the Houston area before we finally got one in Pearland. We close on our home in Dallas on July 27th and on our new home in Pearland on August 3rd. Hopefully the stress will calm down soon.We are excited. It needs some updating, but not to bad. It was built in 1995 and has 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. We also love that it is walking distance to the neighborhood pool and a great park. It's also on almost 1/3 acre, which is a huge upgrade from the tiny backyard we have now.
