The other day, one of Lyndon's training wheels fell off while he was riding his bike. So, when we went outside to ride bikes tonight, he asked if I would take the other wheel off so he could practice riding without his training wheels. I obliged and explained to him the two rules of riding a bike without training wheels: (1) keep pedaling; and (2) if you're going to crash, crash on the grass!
To my great amazement, he took right off the first time. A few rides later and he was doing circles in the culdesac and riding over the curbs!
I am so proud of my boy! Attaboy Lyndon!

Way to go Lyndon. Aiden tried a little bit last weekend without training wheels but he isn't quite there yet! He really likes the comfort of training wheels. Maybe this will inspire him!
Major rite of passage accomplished! Congrats
Yay! Congrats Lyndon!
Miles and miles around the kitchen table paid off. What a way to go Lyndon.
Kaylee has been riding with no training wheels for like three weeks now. j/k
